UBI SO Recruitment 2021: Selection Process
For the Selection process, UBI has been set in two steps. One is an Online Written Examination/Group Discussion and two is a Personal Interview. Candidates who want to join UBI should have clear all the selection rounds.
Round One: Online Examination / Group Discussion
In the first round, the bank decides that they can conduct any one of the said tests. In the online examination should score the minimum qualifying marks without qualifying marks candidates would not eligible for the second round. In the written test candidates consist of 200 marks, to be completed within 120 minutes.
Round Two: Personal Interview
The Candidates who successfully clear the first stage, are eligible for the interview round. In this round, general candidates have to score 25 marks and reserved candidates have to score 22.5. Candidates are tested basically on their professional knowledge, academic efficiency, clarity of thought, presentation, communication skills, hobbies, and general knowledge. For this round candidates have to prepare their answers perfectly. UBI clearly mentioned that the conducting body can also directly call the candidates without any information.
