Bihar Cooperative Bank (BCB) has uploaded admit card for the recruitment for the year 2021 for the post of Multipurpose Office Assistant / Clerk. The application for the same began on 09 March 2021 and the last date to fill the form was 26 March 2021. Around 200 posts were released by BCB on its official website for the Bihar State Cooperative Bank limited and District Central Cooperative Bank. The category wise vacancy for different banks is stated below:

Educational qualification as on 01.07.2021 required to apply for this post was a Graduation Degree in any subject from a recognized university. Knowledge of Computer is also essential.

Candidates should have the following age qualifications for the posts that are minimum age is 21 years and the maximum years is 33 years. Age relaxation is also given for certain category students. SC/ST gets a relaxation of 5 years in the upper age limit whereas MBC/WBC/BC gets a relaxation of 3 years. Physically handicapped person gets a relaxation of 10 years and 5 years to the staff having work experience in cooperative banks. There is no relaxation for Ex-serviceman.

The question paper shall be of objective multiple choice. Each correct answer carries one marks and for every wrong answer, 0.25 marks shall be deducted.
The exam date that is decided by the official authorities is 10 July 2021. The exam center cities are also decided by the recruitment body and no other state option was available other than Bihar. Cities that are selected are as follows: Arrah, Aurangabad, Bhagalpur, Darbhanga, Gaya, Muzaffarpur, Patna, Purnea and Samastipur. No request for change of – Centre/Venue/date/session for Examination shall be entertained is also stated by the authorities.
