DSSSB Job Role You'll be selected based on a written test and interview. It's a given that only those students will be selected for a personal interview who will crack the written exam. Now before I go directly into the main stuff, let's see what the terms TGT, PGT, and PRT mean.
PGT Full Form Is Post Graduate Teacher. The Post Graduate Teacher teaches classes up to 12th standard. The difference between a TGT and PGT is that a TGT does his/her B. Ed after graduation whereas to be a PGT, the candidate must possess a Post Graduate Degree before applying for a B.
