Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) offering the post of a Probationary Officer (PO) decides the IBPS PO Eligibility Criteria for candidates willing to apply for the IBPS PO exam. candidates must ensure that they are eligible to sit for the 3 rounds of the exams before applying for the exams, the 3 rounds are prelims, main and interview round.

Entrants from families having less than 8 lakh rupees income annually will be covered under EWS or Economically Weaker Section. EWS entrant will enjoy 10%v reservation in the vacancies of IBPS PO.
