National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (NABARD) has invited an online application form for the Assistant Manager & Manager Grade A, B Recruitment 2021. Interested candidates will be able to apply from 17 July 2021 and the last date to apply is 07 August 2021. A total of 162 vacancies are released by the recruitment body. NABARD annually conducts examinations to recruit candidates in the Apex development Financial Institution of India. Selection will be done on the basis of Preliminary, Mains exam and Interview.

For Assistant Manager (Grade A): Candidate should possess Bachelor’s Degree in any subject from any recognized University with a minimum of 60% marks for General/OBC and 55% for SC/ST/ PWBD applicants or Postgraduate degree with a minimum of 55% marks for General/OBC and 50% marks for SC/ST/PWBD or Ph.D.
For Manager (Grade B): Bachelor’s Degree in any subject from any recognized University with a minimum of 60% marks (SC/ST/ PWBD applicants 55%) in aggregate or Post Graduate degree with a minimum of 55% marks (SC/ST/PWBD applicants 50%) in aggregate from a recognized university or Ph.D.
Preliminary exam of Grade A is common for all posts and it is a screening test that is qualifying in nature and marks of the exam will not be considered for final selection. Total time allotted for the preliminary exam is 120 minutes and there will be a negative marking of 0.25 marks for every wrong answer.

It is an online exam of objective and descriptive type and descriptive type is common for all the posts and objective type depends upon the different post the candidate has applied for. Time allotted for both the examination is 90 minutes each. In objective type there will be a negative marking of 0.25 marks for every wrong answer. Candidates who are able to qualify mains exam are called for the last selection process of the Interview.

The final selection is made on the basis of the interview which carries 25 marks. A merit list is prepared for the selected candidate who clears the cut off marks.
