NIACL has released the recruitment notification for the Post of Administrative Officer Scale – 1. The online application has started from 1st September 2021 to 21st September 2021. This is a great opportunity for those candidates who are waiting for NIACL recruitment. NIACL or New India Assurance Company is one of the insurance companies owned by the Government of India. Before applying for this position candidates should know all the details about the examination.
This year NIACL released a total number of 300 vacancies for Administrative Officer. The application has been started from 1st September 2021 to 21st September 2021. Candidates can apply online for this examination from NICAL official website. Candidates are advised before applying they should check all the important dates which are mentioned below.

NIACL has also set certain eligibility criteria for the applicants. There is a total of three eligibility criteria has set by NIACL. The first one is an Age Limit, the Second one is Educational Qualification and the third one is Nationality. For applying for this post candidates have to meet the eligibility criteria.

Education qualification is the second eligibility criteria Of NIACL. For applying for this examination candidates have to follow the educational criteria.
There are basic pay Rs. 32,975/- of every employee and also they get an admissible allowance as applicable. After the probation period if the company finds any employee with the correct professional attitude there will be a hike in salary structure. Then gross salary will be approximately Rs. 60,000/- per month. Also, employees can get more benefits like PFRDA, Gratuity, LTS, Medical Benefits, etc.
NIACL has set 4 phases of the Selection Process. There is one of the two-phase is an Examination process, one phase is the Interview process, and the last one Selection Process. Let’s talk about the selection process in detail.
The preliminary examination will conduct in online. This is an objective test for 100 marks. The examination will conduct in 3 sections with separate timings for each section. The details about Phase One are described below in the table.

The main examination will conduct in steps. One is Objective and the other one is Descriptive. Both the tests will be online. Candidates will have to answer the Descriptive Test by typing on the Computer. Immediately after completion of the Objective Test, Descriptive Test will be administered. The Objective Test of 2.5 hours duration will be as follows. There will be separate timing for every section. The Descriptive Test of 30 minutes duration with 30 marks will be a test of English Language (Letter writing 10 marks and essay 20 marks). The Descriptive will be in English and will be conducted through online mode.

Candidates who have been shortlisted at the end of Phase II will be called for an Interview process which conducted by the company. The interview will be conducted at select centers. The center, address of the venue, time & date of the Interview will be informed to the shortlisted candidates in the call letter. Candidates have to remember that any request regarding change in Date, Center, etc. of the interview will not be entertained. However, the company has the right to change the Date/Venue/Time/Center, etc.
The final selection would be based on consolidated marks of the main examination (objective test) & Interview. The final merit list shall be prepared in descending order of the consolidated marks secured by the candidates. Candidates who fall within the number of vacancies in the merit list shall be considered for appointment. The selected candidates may be appointed in more than one batch at the discretion of the Management. The seniority of the selected candidates will be as per the merit / select list. A Waiting List of candidates not exceeding 50% of the number of vacancies may also be prepared and may be utilized in the event of nonacceptance of employment offer by the candidates selected in the final merit list. Candidates are advised to ensure that they fulfill the requirements of age and qualifications before they apply.

In PHASE I and II there is a Preliminary and Main examination will be conducted. In this examination, candidates have to score minimum marks for the selection round. The Preliminary examination will conduct in 100 marks and the Main examination 200 marks. There is a total of 6 subjects which have to clear by the applicants. The examination will be conducted in only English Language. There is allotted time for both examinations. Candidates are advised to check the syllabus mentioned below.
