Staff Selection Commission has updated the vacancy list for the Southern region for SSC MTS 2020 recruitment. However, no official notice has been released as of now. Also, the tentative vacancy list of SSC MTS 2020 has not been released yet. SSC MTS 2020 Paper I is going to be conducted from 5 October 2021 to 2 November 2021 which was earlier decided to be conducted from 5 October 2021 to 20 October 2021. SSC conducts Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS exam) to recruit General Central Service Group ‘C’ Non-Gazetted, Non-Ministerial post in various Central Government Ministries. SSC MTS 2020 notification was released on 20 February 2021. Around 7000+ vacancies were expected for the 2020 recruitment of MTS. No official notice has been released as of now.

SSC MTS 2020 Notification
For the southern region, around 860 vacancies were earlier present in the year 2019 now it has been reduced to only 26 which shows a huge decrease in this year’s recruitment. States like Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Tamil Nadu, and Pondicherry come in the southern region. In 2019, for the age group 18-25 years, Andhra Pradesh had 8, Telangana had 502, Tamil Nadu and Pondicherry had 295 vacancies but for 2020 it has been reduced to 7,8 and 11 respectively. For the age group 18-27 years, Andhra Pradesh had 0, Telangana had 12, Tamil Nadu and Pondicherry had 43 vacancies but for 2020 it has been reduced to 7,10 and 01 respectively.
