(a) \(\frac{1}{8}\)
Percent means per hundred. So multi-plied by 100 .
$$
\frac{1}{8_{}} \times 100^{}=\frac{25}{}=12.5 \%
$$
(b) \(\frac{5}{4}\)
$$
\frac{5}{4} \times 100^{}=125=125 \%
$$
(c) \(\frac{3}{40}\)
$$
\frac{3}{{40}} \times 100^{}=\frac{15}{7}=7.5
$$
(d) \(\frac{2}{7}\)
$$
\frac{2}{7} \times 100=\frac{200}{7}=28.57 \%
