A block of mass \(1 \mathrm{~kg}\) starts from rest at \(\mathrm{x}=0\) and moves along the \(\mathrm{x}\)-axis under the action of a force \(\mathrm{F}=\mathrm{kt}\), where is time and \(k=1 \mathrm{Ns}^{-1}\). The distance the block will travel in 6 seconds is
(A) \(36 \mathrm{~m}\)
(B) \(72 \mathrm{~m}\)
(C) \(108 \mathrm{~m}\)
(D) \(18 \mathrm{~m}\)

Ans: (A)
$$
\begin{aligned}
&F=k t=1 \times a=\frac{d v}{d t} \\
&v=\frac{k t^{2}}{2}=\frac{d x}{d t} \\
&x=\frac{k t^{3}}{6}=1 \times \frac{6 \times 6 \times 6}{6}=36 m
\end{aligned}
