Haryana Police SI Recruitment 2021 – HSSC SI Eligibility, Application Process, Vacancy for 465 Posts

Haryana Staff Selection Commission (HSSC) has released an online application for 465 posts for the recruitment of Sub Inspector (SI) for the year 2021. The application will begin on 19 June 2021 and the last date to apply for it will be 02 July 2021 whereas the last date for fee payment will be 06 July 2021. The payment will be done through online mode.

1. General Male – 150/-
2. General Female – 75/-
3. Male SC/BC/EWS candidate of Haryana State Only – 35/-
4. Female SC/BC/EWS candidates of Haryana State only – 18/-
5. For Ex-servicemen of Haryana – No charges

Haryana Police SI Recruitment – Vacancy Details

The category-wise vacancy details for the HSSC recruitment 2021 are stated as below:

Educational qualification required for SI post is the bachelor’s degree in any subject from a recognized university with Hindi or Sanskrit as a subject in class 10th.

Haryana Police SI Recruitment – Physical Eligibility

Physical eligibility required for SI Male and Female are :

1. Height Male – 170 cm (General), 168 cm (Reserved category)
2. Chest Male – 83cm(General), 81 cm (Reserved category)
3. Height Female – 158 cm(General), 156 cm(Reserved category)
4. Running (Male) – 2.5Km in 12 minutes
5. Running (Female)- 1 Km in 6 minutes
6. Running (Ex-Servicemen)- 1 km in 5 minutes

The criteria for selection is 3 stages: Knowledge Test (80% weightage) followed by Physical Screening Test, and then Physical Measurement Test. Candidates 7 times the no. of vacancy will be shortlisted in knowledge test for further selection process.

Haryana Police SI salary – 35, 400 to 1,12,400 (Level 6)

The age limit required to apply for an SI post is 21 to 27 years as of 1 June 2021. Age relaxation in the upper age limit is 5 years for SC/ST/EWS category students. The upper age limit for recruitment of Sub-Inspector to all departmental candidates in Haryana Police with a minimum 03 years of continuous service shall be 30 years for General Category candidates and 35 years for OBC / SC/ST candidates.

1. Scanned copy of all essential academic qualification certificate .
2. Scanned copy of the reserved category certificates along with Haryana domicile.
3. Scanned photo signed by the candidate.
4. Scanned signature of the candidate.
5. Scanned copy of certificate claiming weightage/ marks under socio-economic criteria and experience.

1. Candidates need to go through the official  notification as released thoroughly before applying for recruitment form 2021.
2. Visit the official website of HSSC.
3. Register yourself by applying on the application portal.
4. Fill in the details as asked in the form.
5. Application ID and password will be generated for future use.
6. Login with the details and fill the personal details and other required fields.
7. Upload the photo and signature as per the dimensions asked.
8. Pay the application fee and submit after verifying all the details.
