BEL or Bharat Electronics Limited has invited applications for Trainee Engineer and Project Engineer. • The entrant must be a citizen of India.
• A refugee from Tibet.
• A person of Indian origin, arrived from East African Countries of Kenya, Uganda, Sri Lanka, Burma, the United Republic of Tanzania (Formerly Tanganyika and Zanzibar), Zaire, Ethiopia, Zambia, Malawi, and Pakistan, to settle down in India forever.
• A person who is given the certificate of citizenship of India by the Government of India.

BEL Trainee Engineer & Project Engineer Recruitment Eligibility- Age Limit 2021:

• The entrant under the general category applying for Trainee Engineer I should not be more than 25 years old.
• The entrant under the general category applying for Project Engineer I should not be more than 28 years old.
• There will be age relaxation for SC/ ST/ OBC and PWD entrants.
  • For SC there will be 5 years of age relaxation.
  • For ST there will also be a relaxation of 5years in age criteria.
  • For OBC there will be 3 years of age relaxation.
  • For PWD entrants there will be 10years of age relaxation.

Trainee Engineer I:

• Must have an engineering degree.
• Entrants must be BE/ BTech in the engineering diciplines of Electronics & Communication/Electronics/Telecommunication/Electronics & Telecommunication/ Electrical & Electronics/Mechanical/Electrical.
• Must have complete all 8 semesters of engineering.
• Their degree must be completed by government registered organization or institute.
• The degree must be 4 years full time and not distance learning.

Project Engineer I:

• Must have an engineering degree.
• Entrants must be BE/ BTech in the engineering diciplines of Electronics & Communication/Electronics/Telecommunication/Electronics & Telecommunication/ Electrical & Electronics/Mechanical/Electrical.
• Must have complete all 8 semesters of engineering.
• Their degree must be completed by government registered organization or institute.
• The degree must be 4 years full time and not distance learning.
• 2 years of work experience in a similar industry with the same job profile is required.
• If entrants can not provide supporting documents for work experience it will not be counted.

BEL Trainee Engineer & Project Engineer Recruitments 2021- Vacancies:

There is no written exam conducted in the recruitment of BEL. The candidates are selected on the basis of their marks in engineering and relevant work experience. • There will be a merit list declared on the basis of marks the entrant has obtained in the engineering degree.
• The total marks obtained on Engineering Exam will form 75% marks for eligibility.
• Work experience will form 10% of the marks for eligibility.
• 2.5marks will be given for the predefined work experience required.
• If the entrants have more work experience than the minimum requirement there will be an addition of 1.5 marks.
• If the entrant has over more than 6months of work experience they will be awarded 10 extra marks for that.
• Once the candidate gets selected they will appear for a video-based interview round.

• General / OBC and EWS will pay an application fee of Rs 500 if the entrants have applied for Project Engineer.
• If the entrant has applied for Trainee Engineer General/ OBC and EWS entrants will pay Rs 200 as the application fee.
• There will be no charges of application fees for SC/ST and PWD candidates.
• The application fee can be paid online from the SBI Pay link provided.
• The application fee can also be paid through SBI bank for that entrants have to generate a challan.
• Entrants have to carry the challan to an SBI branch where they can submit the deposit.
• Entrants must collect the seal and signature post payment of the application fee.
• After the payment is done off then entrants need to change the “SBI Collect Reference No” logging into the online application form.
• There will be no refund provided once free is paid.
