NHM Chattisgarh Recruitment 2021: Apply Online For NHM Chattisgarh CHO Vacancy 2021

National Health Mission, Chattisgarh has announced vacancies for Community Health Officer. Total vacancies announced are 2700 for the CHO post.  Interested and eligible candidates can apply on the official website of NHM. The last date to apply for the recruitment is November 25, 2021. Candidates must check all the important details for CHO recruitment. The application fees are 300/- for UR/OBC candidates, 200/- for SC/ST candidates, and 100/- for PwD / Female candidates.

NHM CHO Age limit:

The candidate must have attained the age of 21 years and must not exceed the age of 35 years as on 1 January 2021.

3. Click on the ‘Apply online’ link.

5. A registration no and password will be generated.
6. Login again using these credentials and fill in the remaining details like educational qualification, communication address, etc.
7. Upload the documents as per the dimension asked.
8. Validate your details and save the application.
9. Make the required payment and finally submit the application form.
10. Save the application form and take a printout for future use.
