The South Indian Bank releases vacancies to recruit candidates for various posts every year. It has recently released an official notification on October 4, 2021, to recruit candidates for the post of Probationary Officer. The selected candidates will have to undergo a probationary period of 1 year. This period is divided into 2 phases. The duties of the candidates during this phase involve the following:-
Internship – After the completion of the above period the candidates will then go for a 4 months internship from any branch of the respective bank. During this period the candidates will receive an amount of Rs.15000/- per month.
After the completion of the probationary period, the candidates will receive the confirmation letter from the bank and then work as its employee. The service agreement period for the employees of the South Indian Bank is 2 years.
