The tier II of the SSC CHSL Exam is conducted offline. It is a descriptive exam and candidates will be asked to write essays, letters, applications, and precis. This exam will be held either in English or Hindi language. The phase of the exam is to test the writing skills of the candidates. candidates are suggested to follow the latest letter and application writing formats. Tier II is a descriptive paper and candidates will be tested on the basis of their writing skills. They will be asked to write letters, essays, precis, and applications, depending on the post they have applied for. candidates will be given 1 hour of time for this paper and this paper can be written in English or Hindi. They must read newspapers, magazines, etc to develop their word stalk and writing skills.
The candidates should also know the latest letter and application writing formats. Some common topics basis on which you may have to write about are Politics, Sports, Technology, SSC CHSL 2021 Syllabus, Social Issues, and Environment. The minimum qualifying marks in Tier 2 would be 33%.
