UPSC IAS Prelims Admit Card 2021 Out: UPSC Civil Services Prelims E-Admit Card Download

Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has released the Prelims Admit Card for the recruitment year 2021. Candidates who have applied for the Civil services Examination can check their admit card on the official website of UPSC. The admit card is made available from 16 September 2021 and will be available till 10 October 2021. The civil services preliminary exam was earlier scheduled to be held on June 27. It was later postponed due to the covid-19 pandemic and now the exam is scheduled to be conducted on 10 October 2021. Candidates are also advised to read the exam day instructions carefully.

The final selection of candidates who have applied for UPSC CSE recruitment will be based on three stages:

1. Preliminary examination
2. Mains examination
3. Interview

UPSC CSE Eligibility:

1. Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree from any recognized university in India.
2. Candidates must have attained the age of 21 years and must not have crossed the age of 32 years.

How to download UPSC CSE Admit Card?

Candidates are requested to follow the steps to download admit card :

1. Visit the official website of UPSC.
2. Click on the admit card link present on the home page.
3. Log in through your Registration No./Roll no. and Date of Birth as provided during the registration.
4. Click on the download admit card button.
5. The link for downloading the pdf of admit card will appear on the screen.
6. Take a printout of the admit card and read carefully the exam day instructions provided.

Covid 19 Guidelines for Exam:

1. Candidates should wear masks and carry their own sanitizer (50 ml) for proper safety.
2. Candidates can carry their own water bottles ( transparent).
3.  Candidates to follow COVID 19 norms of ‘social distancing’ as well as ‘personal hygiene’ inside the Examination Halls/Rooms as well as in the premises of the Venue.
