After qualifying for Stage 1 and Stage 2 of the exam, the candidates will be called for the Interview process. The total marks in the Interview section will be 50 marks that comprise Interview (30 marks) & Group Exercises (20 marks). The applicants need to secure minimum qualifying marks decided by the bank in Stage 3 to be considered for the final selection.

The final selection of the applicants in SBI is done after three stages of the exam. SBI will declare the SBI PO Cut-off 2021 score after each round. The applicants who will be able to score more than the cut-off marks will be selected for the next round of the selection process. The applicants who will qualify in each of the rounds will be considered for provisional allotment.
However, candidates need to qualify for each round of exams to be eligible for the next. Hence applicants need to qualify in the 1st round of Prelims to appear for the 2nd round of Mains and then clear the 2nd round to be eligible for an interview. Yes, there will be negative marking of 1/4 marks on the objective types of question for both prelims and mains exam.
The selection process of SBI PO is conducted in three stages which are Prelims, Mains, and Interview round. The Prelims exam will carry a maximum of100 marks, Mains exam carries overall 250 marks and the interview rounds carries a total of 50 marks.
