UPSC ESIC Deputy Director Recruitment: Eligibility Criteria

Age Limit

The age limit of the candidates should be 35 years to apply for the recruitment of UPSC ESIC Deputy Director. The age limit shown against all items is the normal age limit and the age is relaxable for SC/ST candidates up to 5 years and up to 3 years for OBC candidates in respect of vacancies reserved for them.

Educational Qualification

UPSC ESIC Deputy Director Recruitment: Exam Pattern

• The test will be for the time duration of two hours duration and will contain two parts A and B. Part-A contains English and Part-B contains General Ability.
• The medium of questions in Part-B of the paper will be asked in both Hindi and English.
• All questions will carry equal marks.
• The Computer Based Recruitment Test (CBRT) will be objective-type questions along with multiple choices of answers.
• There will be a penalty for wrong answers. There will be a deduction of one-third of the marks for every wrong answer. If no answer is marked for a question, there will be no penalty for that specific question.
