The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has released the results of the Indian Engineering Services preliminary examination. Candidates who have appeared in the examination can check the UPSC ESE Prelims Result on its official website upsc.gov.in. The prelims exam was conducted on 18 July 2021.

The mains exam is scheduled to be conducted on November 21,2021. The recruitment is done for 495 posts in various departments of central governments including 21 vacancies for the Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD). Recruitment on the results of this examination will be made to the Services/ Posts under the following categories:‐
Category I‐Civil Engineering.
Category II‐Mechanical Engineering.
Category III‐Electrical Engineering.
Category IV‐Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering.
The selected candidates will be able to download the admit card or hall ticket for mains examination 3 weeks before the examination. They are also informed that the marks of the candidates will be uploaded on the official website of UPSC after the final declaration of result of Indian Engineering Services examination, 2021.
